Trade credentials are easy to assert and harder to prove. Every item below is issued or verified by somebody other than us, and we will send the current certificate for any of them the day you ask.

Energy Safe Victoria logo

Energy Safe Victoria — REC 27289

We are a Registered Electrical Contractor in Victoria, which means our installation work is covered by a Certificate of Electrical Safety issued through Energy Safe Victoria. That certificate is the document your insurer and your landlord will ask for, and it is issued on every job that requires one — not on request afterwards.

Cm3 Contractor Management logo

Cm3 prequalified contractor

Cm3 is the contractor prequalification system used by a large share of Australian property owners, facility managers and retail groups. Our safety management system, licences and insurances are assessed by qualified work health and safety professionals rather than self-declared, and kept current through the platform. If your organisation runs Cm3, we are already in it.

SAM4Schools logo

SAM4Schools registered provider

SAM4Schools is the risk and compliance register Victorian schools use to manage contractors, volunteers and facility hirers on site. Being registered means our licences, insurances, Working with Children checks and safety documentation are verified and monitored, so a school business manager can book us without assembling a compliance file first.

ARC Authorised logo

ARC Authorised — refrigerant handling

Handling refrigerant legally in Australia requires authorisation from the Australian Refrigeration Council. We hold it, which is why our electricians can install and service air conditioning as well as run the circuit that feeds it — one trade on site instead of two.

CommScope SYSTIMAX logo

CommScope SYSTIMAX certified installer

Structured data cabling installed by a certified partner can carry a manufacturer's extended application warranty — which matters on a commercial fit-out where the cabling has to outlast several tenancies. Certification requires training and audited installation practice, not just buying the product.

AFL logo

AFL fibre optic certified

Fibre termination, splicing and testing to a certified standard, with OTDR results supplied as part of the handover. Relevant on multi-building sites, warehouse links and any tenancy where copper will not carry the distance.

$20MPublic liability

Insurance and safety documentation

$20 million public liability cover, with a certificate of currency available on request. Safe Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses are prepared per job and supplied before we start. Our electricians hold current construction induction cards and complete site-specific inductions where the site requires them.

A-GradeLicensed electricians

Licensed A-Grade electricians

Every electrician on our team holds a current A-Grade Electrician's Licence. Apprentices work under direct supervision, and the person who signs off the work is the person who is licensed to sign it off — which is not universal in this trade.

FAQs

Accreditation and compliance questions

Can you provide a certificate of currency for your insurance?

Yes, same day. Email [email protected] or use the form below and we will send the current certificate for our $20 million public liability cover, along with anything else your onboarding process requires.

What is a Certificate of Electrical Safety and when do we get one?

It is the document that certifies electrical installation work was carried out and tested by a Registered Electrical Contractor. In Victoria it is issued through Energy Safe Victoria. You receive one for prescribed work automatically, and we keep copies on file so a replacement is never a problem.

Are you already prequalified in Cm3?

Yes. If your organisation uses Cm3, you can search for us and connect rather than running a separate assessment. Our documentation is maintained in the platform, so what you see there is current.

Can you work on school sites?

We can. We are registered with SAM4Schools, which is the compliance register many Victorian schools use for on-site providers, and our electricians hold Working with Children checks. Work is scheduled around term time and student movement.

Do you provide SWMS and JSAs before starting?

As standard on commercial work. They are prepared per job rather than pulled from a generic template, and sent through before we mobilise so your site manager can review them in advance.

How do we verify your electrical contractor registration?

Our registration number is REC 27289 and it can be checked directly on the Energy Safe Victoria public register. We would encourage you to check any contractor that way, not just us.

What licences do your air conditioning installers hold?

ARC authorisation for refrigerant handling, plus a current A-Grade Electrician's Licence. Both matter — an unlicensed refrigerant handler cannot legally charge a system, and an installer without the electrical licence cannot connect it.

Are your apprentices supervised?

Always, and by a licensed A-Grade electrician on site. Training the next generation of electricians is part of how the trade survives, but it is never done at a client's expense.
