Do you really offer same-day service?
For most of Melbourne's east and inner-east, yes. Availability depends on what is already booked, so call 1300 012 801 for a realistic answer rather than a promise. Emergencies are prioritised ahead of scheduled work.

Do you charge travel or call-out fees to outer suburbs?
Quotes and advice are free everywhere we service, and jobs are quoted as a fixed price that already includes getting there. There is no separate travel charge bolted onto the invoice afterwards.

Which suburb are you actually based in?
Bayswater, at 10/15 Stud Road. That puts Boronia, Heathmont, Ringwood, Kilsyth, Croydon, Wantirna and Knox within a very short run, which is why our response times are quickest through that corridor.
