What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb and whatever you tell us about the job. When you browse the site, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics collect standard anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and complete work, issue invoices and certificates, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a Registered Electrical Contractor. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary to do the job: Energy Safe Victoria for Certificates of Electrical Safety, your electricity distributor where supply work requires notification, our accounting and scheduling software, and Resend, which delivers the emails our contact form generates. We require our suppliers to protect your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for analytics and to protect our contact form. Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs on pages with a form and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as well.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially useful. Records relating to completed electrical work are retained as long as required by Victorian electrical safety and taxation law.

Accessing or deleting your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected] or call 1300 012 801.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first — we would rather fix it. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
