You already know what a bad electrical sub costs: a trade that will not commit to a date, variations that appear after the fact, a defect list that reopens twice, and paperwork you end up chasing on their behalf. We have built the way we work around removing each of those.

On construction and fit-out work: we programme against your dates and tell you honestly if they are not achievable, price variations before doing them, keep our own SWMS, JSAs and certificates of currency current, and close out defects on the first return visit. Rough-in and fit-off are staged around the other trades rather than fighting them.

On facility management: rolling maintenance across as many sites as you look after, with a single compliance register, one contact in our Bayswater office and a monthly invoice broken down by location. That covers test and tag and RCD testing, emergency lighting, thermal scans, lighting and reactive call-outs at agreed rates.

And because we hold all three tickets — electrical, ARC-authorised refrigerant, and our own trenching plant — the jobs that normally need three subs and three schedules run as one scope under one contract.
